Each month the school concentrates on a characteristic trait and then awards a child from each class with the award for that character trait. April was Kindness. Here is a picture of Summer receiving the "Kindness Award" for her class.
Summer and Daddy went on a Daddy daughter date to the "Daddy Daughter Ball" at her school. I had fun fixing her hair and putting a little bit of her kid/dress up make up. They had a blast. Stuart said that they'd be dancing and all of a sudden Summer would leave him to go hang out with her friends. He thought it was very cute.

That is so sweet, but it makes me sad because my girls will all have to share. I guess that isn't a bad thing, but there is something special when it is just you and your Dad.

Summer's hair looked beautiful; nice job Kathy. How fun to have a daddy/daughter date. Those are so sweet. Summer sounds really social poor Stuart had to take a number. Congrats Summer on your award. Kindness is so important.
